Guide to the Ceremony
Registration of Conferees and Accompanying Guests
The number of accompanying guest is limited to 1 pax only.
Children below 12 years of age are strictly prohibited to be in the event hall.
Walk-in registrations will NOT be entertained.
Seating Time
All conferees and guests are strongly advised to be seated by 8:30 am.
The hall will be closed once the ceremony commences.
Dress Code
*Strictly no sandals, slippers, jeans, or t-shirts. This dress code is compulsory for all attendees.
Distribution of Digital Photos
The digital photo(s) will be sent to your registered email within 3 weeks after the event.
Vehicle Parking Area
1200 bays (LG – Level 2)
6 OKU parking area (Please display OKU card on the dashboard)
Parking ticket validation counter is at Level 2
Parking fee will be charged at RM8.00 per entry.
Payment can be made upon exit via cash or cashless methods (Touch ‘n Go, Debit Card, or Credit Card).
Do’s and Don’ts during the Ceremony

- Arrive early to avoid traffic congestion.
- Have your meal beforehand, as the ceremony will take approximately five (5) hours. Light breakfast will be served at the concourse area before the ceremony begins.
- Use the restroom before the ceremony begins to minimise movements.
- Switch your mobile phones to silent mode at all times.

- Do not take group photos, bring in flower bouquets, food, etc into the hall.
- Children below the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the main hall.
- Conferees and guests are not allowed to leave the hall before the ceremony ends.
