Registration for Conferees & Guests

Registration of Conferees and Accompanying Guests
The number of accompanying guest(s) is limited to 1 pax only.
Children below 12 years of age are strictly prohibited to be in the event hall.

Walk-in registrations with cash payment on the event day will NOT be entertained.

Cancellation of Registrations
Cancellation or withdrawal requests shall only be entertained subject to the following reasons:
Death, illness, or cases of emergency either due to accident or natural disaster etc.
Only 30% of the conferment fees will be refunded for accepted cancellation or withdrawal requests before 5 pm, 27 June 2025.
Please submit the relevant supporting documents for any cancellation or withdrawal request to the secretariat in charged.
Seating Time

All conferees and guests are strongly advised to be seated in the hall ONE (1) hour, and LATEST by 8:15 am prior to the official start time of the ceremony at 9.00 am.
The hall shall be closed after the ceremony has officially started.
Latecomers will NOT be allowed to enter the hall.
Dress Code

Distribution of Digital Photos

The digital photo(s) will be sent via email to all conferees 2 weeks after the ceremony.
Please advise the secretariat if you wish to update your email address.
Vehicle Parking Area

1200 bay (LG – Level 2)
6 OKU parking area (Please display OKU card on the dashboard)
Parking ticket validation counter is at Level 2 of Bank Rakyat Convention Centre
Parking fees will be charged RM 8.00 per entry. Cash payment of RM 8.00 is to be made upon exit
Dos and Don’ts during the Ceremony

• Come early to avoid traffic congestion. • Have your meal prior, as the ceremony will take approximately five (5) hours. Light refreshments will be served at the concourse area before the ceremony begins. • Please use the restroom before the ceremony begins to minimise movements during the ceremony. • Please remain seated at all times during the ceremony. • Switch your mobile phones to silent mode at all times during the ceremony. | • Please do not take group photos, bring in flower bouquets, food, etc into the hall. • Children below the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the main hall. • Conferees and guests are not allowed to leave the hall before the ceremony ends. |
